Scheduled appointments are allowed a five minute grace period for arrival and check-in. Clients who arrive after this grace period will be rescheduled.
24 hours notice must be provided for cancellations. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of total service.
No call/no show appointments will be charged 50% of total service.
